Universal Engineering Consulting Services (UECS) LLC is a disadvantaged, woman-owned, Native American-owned small business, based in Grapevine, Texas. UECS is a premier Aerospace and Defense mission systems solutions provider through innovative technology, talented people, superior processes, collaboration, and tools to maximize customer value. Based on UECS’s experience, relationships, and agreements with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Original Component Manufacturers (OCMs), and franchised suppliers, DoD awarded UECS a contract in January 2020 to modify an existing commercial UECS Supply Chain Software platform (i.e., SystaiNet™). The new technology is called Aggregated Network Data Solutions (ANDS™) Decision Support System (DSS). ANDS™ DSS provides an innovate centralized supply chain model from a group of software development methods where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between their suppliers and cross-functional teams on common components that encourages rapid and flexible response to change.
