SOSSEC, Inc. is an OTA Consortium Management Firm that works with DoD customers to seek solutions from consortium members, mentor members that are new to government acquisition/contracting, and compete for new OTA projects, to increase opportunities for members to apply their technical expertise to crucial government problems.
