Our Approach
SOSSEC, Inc. is the Consortium Management Firm managing OTAs on behalf of the SOSSEC and SCE Consortia. In this role, SOSSEC, Inc. works with DoW customers to seek solutions from consortium members, mentor members who are new to government acquisition/contracting, compete for new OTA projects, and increase opportunities for members to apply their technology expertise to crucial government problems.
