Event Description
Join us on November 21st as part of the SOSSEC “Cyber Talk” series for an examination of the evolving social media landscape and its implications for information environment (IE) operations. This technical discussion will explore the challenges posed by automated (bot) accounts, the acceleration of narrative spread, and the critical need for real-time analysis capabilities in today’s digital environment. Led by Dallas Toth, an expert in bot behavioral patterns, the session will examine how emerging technologies are adapting to meet these challenges through practical applications of real-time OSINT collection and analysis. Our discussion will cover the importance of detecting coordinated behavior, sentiment patterns, and narrative manipulation across social media and alternative platforms.
