Raglan LLC is a Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering cyber-hardened control systems, hybrid propulsion solutions, and rapid vehicle prototyping to support the Department of Defense’s expeditionary sustainment and modernization priorities. As a non-traditional defense contractor with active SBIR Phase I–III projects and a pilot program with the U.S. Air Force, we specialize in modular, maintainable subsystems designed for integration into both legacy and emerging platforms operating in contested logistics environments. Our engineering team combines mechanical, electrical, and software expertise under one roof to accelerate development from CAD through field integration. In-house capabilities include: Embedded Systems & Controls – CAN-based architectures, secure compute modules, and modular control kits for low-SWaP vehicle applications. Prototyping & Fabrication – CNC machining, 3D printing, and electronics packaging to produce retrofit kits and mission-specific enclosures. Firmware & Integration – Software-defined controls aligned with open vehicle architectures and C3I requirements. Test & Validation – End-to-end system validation, including on-site propulsion and control system testing. Our past performance includes hybridizing the MHU-83 bomb loader (AFWERX Phase III) and developing a cyber-secure vehicle compute node under the NSCV program. We also support early-stage R&D for silent flight line support equipment and low-signature sustainment platforms under SBIR-funded efforts. Raglan directly supports SCEC’s mission to accelerate technologies in power, energy, maneuver, and command/control. We deliver adaptable, field-ready solutions that reduce maintenance burden, enhance platform mobility, and integrate seamlessly into government-led OTA development pathways. Whether modernizing flight line assets or enabling modular control across tactical vehicles, Raglan builds for the fight ahead.
