Event Description
In this insightful presentation, Ron Bushar will lead a discussion of current China threat trends, TTPs, recent cyber activity with a focus on APT41 global operations. In addition, we will discuss current strategies and initiatives to develop public and private partnerships to strengthen national resiliency and increase visibility into cyberattacks that threaten critical infrastructure and national security interests.

The purpose of the Army’s Cyber Operations Broad Responsive Agreement (COBRA) is to spur innovative development, demonstration, and expedited delivery of prototypes for Warfighter readiness. When awarded an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) there is a requirement to join the System of Systems Consortium (SOSSEC), the consortium manager for Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS).
