Our company’s roots are in teaching and accountability. Our staff has been designing and implementing human development programs (soft skills for hard numbers) for over 30 years. Our skill sets include needs assessments, curriculum design, course design, training delivery, and trainer certification. We also develop and/or validate standard operating procedures and develop online technical training lessons including tests and performance checklists. We follow adult learning principles, transfer-of-training principles, and always construct our programs so that they are practical, fun, customizes, and focused.
