Consortium members interested in obtaining the full RFI Project Announcement must have their data custodian submit a request for the information along with an approved DD Form 2345 “Military Critical Data Agreement” to the SOSSEC, Inc., data custodian, Bill Wilson, bwilson@sossecinc.com (with a copy to: lsasser@sossecinc.com). Also, the request must include the above Project Number and Project Title.
